Modeling Portfolios

I am looking for models that I can work with in
creating interesting images. I like to work with
new models that need their portfolio, and with
models that can contribute creative ideas, to
the photo session. I respect my models and
encourage ideas from them. I like to meet with
models first to discuss mutual expectations
and to see if we can work together before the
